This website, llbylegacy.com, is operated by Livora Linen ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

We try to show our products and colours as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. All bedsheet sets are king size and include 1 bedsheet and 2 pillow covers unless stated otherwise.

2. Prices and offers

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, bundle offers and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot confirm the order details. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and JazzCash. JazzCash orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and exchanges by our Return & Exchange Policy, both available on this website.

6. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide a correct name, phone number and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Livora Linen is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
