Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Livora Linen bedsheets. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (0320-3634931) with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.

Exchanges (change of mind, design or colour)

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all pillow covers included.
• The customer pays the delivery charges for change-of-mind exchanges.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are sent by JazzCash or bank transfer within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Items we cannot accept

• Bedsheets that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.

Cash on Delivery orders

Please only place a COD order if you intend to receive it. Repeatedly refused COD parcels may result in future orders requiring advance payment.
